Question 1

How do I book a bounce house?

Accepted Answer

Call us at (805) 867-1833 or submit a reservation request online. Requests start as pending; once we review and approve, we email you the payment instructions to confirm your date. Availability varies, so we'll confirm the details specific to your event.

Question 2

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Reservation request → we approve → you prepay the full amount via Venmo or Zelle to confirm. After we approve your request we email you the payment information, and the full prepayment holds your reservation. Prefer another way? Call (805) 867-1833.

Question 3

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve Santa Maria, Orcutt, Solvang and Buellton, CA, plus surrounding Central Coast communities. If you're nearby, just ask — we'll confirm whether we can deliver to your location.

Question 4

How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?

Accepted Answer

Per-day pricing is published and clear: our Disney-style bounce houses (Princess Castle and Disney Friends) run $175/day in Orcutt, $225 in Santa Maria and $275 in Solvang or Buellton; the Castle Slide Combo runs $250/$275/$345 for those same areas. Rates include delivery, setup and takedown — see our inventory page for the full pricing table.

Question 5

Are your inflatables safe and clean?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We clean and sanitize each inflatable between rentals, inspect it before setup, and stake or weight it down securely. Our team reviews your space and access so the setup is safe before anyone jumps.

Question 6

What if the weather changes on party day?

Accepted Answer

We keep an eye on the forecast. For water slides we need a hose connection; if weather turns dangerous (high winds, heavy rain), we'll work with you to reschedule. Call us with any weather concerns as your date approaches.

Question 7

Do water slides need a water connection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Water slides need a standard garden hose within reach of the setup spot. Let us know where your spigot is and we'll handle the rest.

Question 8

What surface can the inflatable go on?

Accepted Answer

Flat grass is ideal. We can also set up on pavement or concrete with added weights — just tell us the surface when you book so we come prepared.

Question 9

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

As early as you can — weekends and summer dates fill up fast. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on what's still available.

Question 10

Can you set up at parks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at many parks. You'll want to check with the park or city on any required permits, and confirm there's water (for slides) and power nearby. We handle delivery and setup.

Question 11

Do you deliver and set up, or is it pickup only?

Accepted Answer

We deliver and set up every rental, then come back to take it down — that's included in our process. We review access and space ahead of time so setup goes smoothly.
